Processing Times
All of our treats are handmade and made fresh to order.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing. We cannot guarantee urgent orders unless agreed in advance.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders using Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically delivers within:
• 2–3 working days after dispatch (UK mainland)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary, especially during busy periods or postal delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Order Tracking
Most orders are sent via standard 2nd Class and do not include tracking.
If you require a tracked service, please contact us prior to ordering so we can arrange this for you at an additional cost.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Damaged Parcels
We package all orders securely using protective materials.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
• The packaging
• The treats/items inside
• Any visible damage
We will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 days of purchase, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Royal Mail
• Postal strikes
• Weather disruptions
• Seasonal backlogs
Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our control.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the UK.
